Nineta became a personal growth coach after helping hundreds of women with their physical health: from hormone imbalance, adrenal fatigue, brain fog and post fertility burnout. Working 1 on 1 as a busy Complementary medicine, Functional clinical nutrition and Chinese medicine health consultant , she learned there is more to wellness than what is attained on the outside: or the masculine approach of ‘symptom’ relief. Instead of approaching wellness and personal growth with the logical rational mind alone, she helps others to expand into their own higher 5D perspective, via the intuitive or higher mind.

There is an inner level journey for everyone, that is seeking to grow, heal, achieve and expand.

This is a core shift from struggling to heal past congestions, to upgrading the energetic and body~mind connection. Its sets the framework to align, using tools in manifesting greater wellness, without pressure - which is the feminine way of receptive abundance.
